I think i found the shape of my dessert. I am going to try to do a heart. It's really hard to do a specific shape with the choux pastry because it's rising when it's in the oven, therefore, the initial shape of the dough may be distorted. That's why i chose a easy shape.
I am going to try my recipe again this week end but I am going to try other site to see different recipe of cheese cake and chocolate eclair to see the one I like the best.
