This week-end I tried to do different coulis using different fruits to taste them and decide which one i prefer for my recipe.
    I chose to try three coulis:

• Strawberry coulis
• blueberry coulis 
• raspberry coulis

The blueberry coulis wasn't really good and the raspberry coulis didn't have enough flavour. However, the Strawberry coulis was pretty good . Thus I chose to do a Strawberry coulis for my recipe.
